(“MediCapture”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) online customer portal, including any services, features, support, documentation, firmware updates, promotion codes, optional newsletters, and purchase of accessories and feature activation codes (collectively, the “Services”). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant MediCapture a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User-Generated Content in connection with the Services and MediCapture’s business.
